Uganda Baati Limited has expanded its national footprint with the launch of a new showroom in Kamuli District, marking its 20th outlet across Uganda.
Strategically located along Kitimbo Road, the new facility is expected to improve access to high-quality steel roofing and construction materials for residents and businesses in Kamuli and neighbouring districts including Buyende, Luuka, and Kayunga.
The showroom stocks a wide range of the company’s flagship roofing solutions, including Resincot, Covermax, Versatile, Orientile, Romantile, and the premium Lifestile stone-coated tiles. The expansion is aimed at serving both cost-conscious homeowners and customers seeking high-end, durable roofing options.
Beyond retail, the Kamuli branch will also function as a technical resource centre for contractors, fundis, and hardware dealers. It will provide product training, technical support, and strengthen supply chain reliability in the region—an initiative expected to enhance construction standards and support small business growth.
Speaking at the launch, Patrick Katende described the new showroom as a strategic move to bring services closer to customers while offering expert guidance and after-sales support.
The event was officiated by Rose Birungi, who welcomed the investment, noting its potential to improve access to quality building materials and stimulate local economic development through skills enhancement and business opportunities.
The new showroom underscores Uganda Baati’s continued investment in expanding retail access nationwide, in line with its mission to provide affordable and durable building solutions across all regions of the country.
