Bukedde TV journalist David Tamale has died.
Tamale passed away in the early hours of Tuesday at a hospital in Masaka, according to his workmates.
His colleagues said Tamale had been battling a pressure-related illness since the beginning of the year, which had affected his health and left him unwell for several months.
Tamale was a political reporter with Bukedde TV and was part of the team behind the station’s popular Luganda-language news bulletin, Agataliiko Nfuufu.
His death has left colleagues and members of the media fraternity mourning the loss of a journalist who was actively involved in political reporting for the popular news programme.
