Dei Group of Companies known for its work in pharmaceutical industry has unpacked its newest innovation Bella Grain Wheat Flour to revitalise the baking industry.
The premium, locally made flour brand is designed to meet both industrial and household baking demands.
The grand launch, held at Kampala Sheraton Hotel on Thursday showcased the company’s renewed focus on quality and consistency in the flour market.
Ronald Ssemakula Katali, General Manager of Dei Group, highlighted the significance of this development for Ugandan bakers.
“We are proud to unveil Bella Grain, a homegrown product that speaks directly to the gaps in quality and consistency that our bakers have struggled with for years,” Katali said.
He added that the product was not only about better baking results but also improved efficiency.
“This flour is designed not just for better baking but for greater yields, helping bakers achieve more from every kilogram.”
