Collins Tanga, the son to Dr.Tanga Odoi has won the race for NRM youth league chairperson.
During elections done on Thursday, Tanga got 2,185 votes representing 68% of the total votes cast, against his closest rival, Brenda Kiconco, who garnered 1,017 votes (32%).
Today’s election follows an earlier one in which he again beat Kiconco, with 1,567 votes against her’s 1,355.
However, Kiconco petitioned the ruling NRM party and the results were cancelled and the party elections tribunal ordered for fresh polls.
