The  Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) has released the 2025 Primary Leaving Examination(PLE) results.

The results  released at State Lodge, Nakasero indicated that  while 730,233 candidates passed the 2025 Primary Leaving Exams, boys again, performed better than girls.

However, UNEB said that candidates and their parents can access the results using their mobile phones by messaging word PLE, leave space, then type the correct index number of the candidate.

For example, to check the results of the candidate with index number 654321/001, in the message box, type PLE 654321/001 AND SEND TO 6600.

You will receive an SMS for shs500 per candidate.

How to check for PLE results on phone

Go to Messages on the phone menu ·

Type PLE ·

Leave space ·

Type the full index number of the candidate ·

Send to 6600 on the MTN and Airtel networks.
