Kabaka Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II, has reaffirmed the kingdom’s commitment to strengthening partnerships aimed at improving the wellbeing of its people and driving social and economic transformation.
In his message, delivered by time Katikkiro during the Buganda Kingdom Partnership Symposium 2025, Kabaka highlighted Buganda’s enduring vision of progress and unity, the Kabaka said that for generations, the kingdom has stood as “a beacon of strength, unity, resilience and progress.”
He emphasized that the prosperity of Buganda depends on the collective effort of its people and partners to promote good health, education, economic empowerment, and sustainable development.
Kabaka Mutebi noted that the kingdom’s vision “Buganda ku Ntikko” (Buganda at the helm of social and economic development with full enjoyment of her cultural mores) can only be achieved if citizens live dignified lives with access to essential services and opportunities that foster growth.
“We believe that a thriving society is built on the pillars of good health, education, economic empowerment, and sustainable development,” the Kabaka said.
He lauded the role of partnerships in achieving this vision, saying Buganda continues to forge strategic alliances with institutions and individuals who share the kingdom’s mission of uplifting communities.
“In an era where partnerships define the path to true transformation, the Kingdom of Buganda continues to forge strategic alliances with visionary institutions and individuals who share our dedication to uplifting communities,” he stated.
“These collaborations are not merely transactions but a testament to our collective resolve to create lasting impact.”
Kabaka Mutebi expressed deep appreciation to all partners supporting the kingdom’s initiatives in healthcare, financial inclusion, environmental stewardship, and community development.
