National Unity Platform president, Robert Kyagulanyi, also known as Bobi Wine has said his party’s headquarters have been cordoned off by the Special Forces Command.
“SFC soldiers have just raided and cordoned off our headquarters,” Kyagulanyi posted on his social media platforms on Friday afternoon.
The development comes on the backdrop of the detention of Kyagulanyi’s bodyguard, Edward Ssebuufu, also known as Eddie Mutwe by the Special Forces Command.
The Chief of Defence Forces, Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba on Thursday night admitted that Mutwe is currently detained by SFC.
