Kigezi Regional Police spokesperson Elly Maate confirmed the arrests and said investigations are ongoing.
“The members of the public should desist from acts of lawlessness, but should always utilize the services of local leaders or relevant offices to handle their concerns, or else, they face the long arm of the law,” Maate cautioned.
