Superintendent of Police, Racheal Kawala has been appointed as the new Kampala Metropolitan Police spokesperson.
According to the new changes in Police, Kawala who has been the spokesperson for Wamala region will now replace Senior Superintendent of Police, Patrick Onyango who moves to the Chief Political Commissariate of Police.
In Wamala region, Kawala has been replaced by Lameck Kigozi.
