The Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) has announced that the 2025 Primary Leaving Examination (PLE) results will be released tomorrow, Friday, January 30, 2026.
The results will be officially released by the Minister of Education and Sports, Janet Museveni, who is also the First Lady, at State House, Nakasero.
A total of 817,885 Primary Seven candidates sat for the examinations across the country. The exams were conducted in 16,140 examination centres nationwide.
Of the candidates, 389,529 (48 percent) were boys, while 428,356 (52 percent) were girls, continuing the trend of girls outnumbering boys at this level.
