TCL Electronics, a leading consumer electronics brand in the world has unveiled its highly anticipated 2025 Television and audio product line-up in Uganda.
The products are manufactured in Uganda at the Mbale Industrial Park.
The highlight of the unveil includes the monumental 115 inch X955, alongside the C7K , C6K QD-Mini
LED TV, V6C, and T6C TV series, and the powerful Q Series soundbars.
This unveiling marks a significant step forward in TCL’s mission to bring cutting-edge home entertainment to Ugandan consumers.
“With this powerful line-up, we are redefining the Television and home entertainment experience for
Ugandan consumers,” said Alvin Wang, Regional Director, TCL East & Africa.
Leading the 2025 line-up is the TCL 115 inch X955, the largest QD-Mini LED TV from TCL to be available
to Ugandan consumers.

With an improved screen technology that has over 2000 local dimming zones, the television is able to achieve exceedingly high clarity levels particularly on content with high dark spots and bright scenes.
With a CrystalGlow HVA Panel, the television is also able to deliver a stunning cinematic experience from any angle.
Additionally, the TCL 115 inch X955 is able to achieve over 3,000 nits peak brightness enabling the
television to achieve high peak brightness and contrast levels.
Paired with TCL All-Domain Halo Control technology, the television is able to terminate halo effects and QLED with colourful quantum crystal material, reaching a wide colour volume and bionic colour optimization in delivering a more natural and better tone.
The built-in ONKYO 4.2.2 sound system also delivers a better Hi-fi sound system making it the ultimate choice for immersive home entertainment.

The TCL C6K TV Series will offer premium performance with QD-Mini LED technology. This series comes
with high dimming zones of over 500 towards giving consumers outstanding and more realistic images.
Additionally, the series provides increased natural colors thanks to the wide color gamut.
TCL C6K TV Series combines ultra-slim design, artificial intelligent picture quality processor and ONKYO
2.1 audio which offers a more immersive listening experience compared to basic stereo thereby delivering superior functionality for modern living spaces and fast paced content with the series equally
built to suit ardent gamers.

Completing the launch are the Q Series Soundbars, including the Q85H PRO with 7.1.4 Physical surround
channel, Ray Danze and Q75H has 5.1.2ch, Ray Danze Tutti Choral with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X,
and the compact TP300K and TP200K models all engineered to deliver rich, multidimensional sound that
elevates the home theatre experience.
Speaking during the unveiling function, the Minister of State for Investment, Evelyn Anite rallied Ugandans to buy locally manufactured products.
“They are affordable since they are being manufactured here and government exempts these companies from paying taxes. We urge Ugandans to buy these products since they are of good quality,” Anite said.
