MultiChoice Uganda has launched a new subscriber-focused initiative, “We Got You”, providing complimentary package upgrades for DStv and GOtv users who remain connected throughout January and February 2026.
The campaign aims to give families greater entertainment value at the start of the year, a period often marked by school runs, busy schedules, and tight budgets.
Active subscribers, reconnecting customers, and new subscribers who pay for their package in full during the promotional period will automatically receive an upgrade to the next package at no extra cost.
Speaking about the initiative, Rinaldi Jamugisa, PR and Communications Manager at MultiChoice Uganda, said, “This upgrade is our way of appreciating the families who choose DStv and GOtv every day. When you pay for your package, we give you more – more channels, more moments to enjoy together, and more reasons to keep watching.”
Nellie Mwanda, Senior Manager of Customer Value Management, added, “Subscribers can pay or reconnect using the MyDStv or MyGOtv App, mobile money, banks and ATMs, USSD, card payments, or walk-in agents. Each option is quick, familiar, and designed to keep you connected without hassle. Just pick the path that works for you – and the upgrade follows.”
