Uganda Prisons Service has announced a Shs10 million cash reward for anyone who provides credible information leading to the arrest of Warder Moses Anguyo, the main suspect in the fatal shooting at Kiboga Government Prison last month.

Another victim, toddler who was also shot, died a few hours later.
